Client Services Representative (HVAC)

Location: Brea, California, United States. Onsite Monday through Thursday; Friday work location is flexible based on business needs. Customer support and sales activities may take place at client facilities.

Annual base salary: $66,056.66–$113,400.00. Incentive eligible; not eligible for sales commission.

What you will do

• Manage customer satisfaction, retention, growth, account profiles, strategies, service plans, and customer budgets for an assigned portfolio.
• Prospect for new customers and drive mechanical service agreements, renewals, and service expansion opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver time-and-material and quoted-job proposals in collaboration with the estimating team.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and support customer assurance regarding equipment uptime and reliability.
• Review account financial performance weekly, create correction plans for underperforming agreements, and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate opportunities and an active sales pipeline in Salesforce while partnering with Account Managers and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate with two years of work experience preferred.
• Customer service and relationship-building experience is advantageous.
• Strong customer focus, problem-solving, initiative, collaboration, adaptability, results orientation, and mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to multitask, think critically in high-stress situations, and communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Ability to work extended hours occasionally when required.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months.
