Vice President, Operations (Operations Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead the transformation of expanding technologies and acquired businesses into a scalable, integrated product platform.
• Own the New Product Introduction process from Product Engineering handoff through Supply Chain volume-capable handoff.
• Drive design for manufacturing, assembly, cost, quality, service, and supply chain throughout product development.
• Improve process capability, quality, cost, cycle time, yield, and reliability across internal and supplier factories.
• Establish SPC monitoring, critical-node controls, data acquisition, supplier qualification, dual-sourcing, localization, and capacity planning.
• Build and develop a cross-functional Operations Engineering organization that supports rapid product ramp and commercialization.

Requirements

• Executive leadership experience in NPI, product industrialization, engineering, manufacturing, and/or supply chain within complex hardware businesses.
• Experience taking products from development through qualification, production ramp, and commercial scale.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, power electronics, controls, software, manufacturing, and supplier ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success integrating acquisitions, technologies, suppliers, and organizations.
• Experience managing cost, quality, schedule, capacity, and supply risk while driving detailed execution across multiple product lines.
• Experience building organizations and operating processes in a high-growth environment.
