Senior IT Project Manager (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT application projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Analyze requirements with business and technical stakeholders and define project objectives and detailed plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, responsibilities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and competing priorities.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and communicate project status and recommendations.
• Support change management, user adoption, IT security compliance, and GxP validation requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience combined with IT experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Experience managing complex IT projects involving enterprise applications such as SAP, MES, cloud solutions, or systems integrations.
• Experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of project, risk, stakeholder, and change management.
• Knowledge of GxP computerized systems and validation processes.
• PMP or equivalent certification and Agile Scrum Master Certification.
