What you will do

• Lead the finance data strategy and roadmap, supporting planning modernization, reporting standardization, and AI readiness.
• Translate finance and business requirements into scalable data solutions in partnership with FP&A, controllership, data engineering, architecture, and governance teams.
• Design and govern reusable finance data products, data models, and semantic layers.
• Standardize financial metrics, hierarchies, and logic across planning tools and dashboards.
• Prioritize product backlogs and support agile delivery of finance data products.
• Establish data quality validation, metadata management, and lineage standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive professional experience focused on finance, FP&A, or financial data transformation.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, management reporting, and financial hierarchies within a large, complex, matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms, data catalogs, semantic layers, and enterprise planning or business intelligence tools.
• Experience with tools such as SAP EPM, SAC, or Datasphere and with defining product roadmaps and prioritizing use cases.
