Channel Solution Architect (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, Saudi Arabia. Regular travel across KSA and occasional travel across the broader META region is required.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with partner technical and sales leadership teams across Saudi Arabia.
• Design security services with local partners and distributors using the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
• Develop partner enablement plans, technical training programs, and train-the-trainer initiatives.
• Drive Falcon platform adoption and help partners develop managed security service offerings aligned with local requirements.
• Support technical go-to-market strategy, POCs, competitive positioning, quarterly business reviews, and technical planning.
• Act as the bridge between Saudi partners and CrowdStrike technical and product teams, representing the company at industry and partner events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or technical presales within the KSA or broader GCC cybersecurity market.
• Experience building partner, system integrator, and customer relationships, including with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi cybersecurity landscape, NCA regulations, Vision 2030 initiatives, and local market dynamics.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale security solutions, with knowledge of SIEM/XDR, SOC operations, endpoint protection, identity management, threat intelligence, and incident response.
• Experience using AI technologies and tools to improve decision-making, workflows, productivity, and business outcomes.
• Fluent Arabic and English required. A university degree in information technology, computer science, or cybersecurity is required.

• CISSP, SANS, CEH, or equivalent industry certification.
