Transformation Success Engineer (TSE) (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote role associated with Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

What you will do

• Execute customer migrations from legacy security environments to modern Palo Alto Networks platforms.
• Own policy mappings, data retention configurations, API integrations, and log-ingestion validation against approved design templates.
• Run practitioner-focused Day in the Life workshops covering platform workflows, alert triage, incident response, Agentic AI, and automated playbooks.
• Lead technical stakeholder sessions to demonstrate ROI, security efficacy, and operational efficiency through platform dashboards.
• Drive formal project sign-off and successful customer adoption throughout the transition lifecycle.

Requirements

• Professional-level technical experience with security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, Strata, or comparable competitive migration projects.
• Strong background in security automation, including CLI scripting, Python, and REST APIs for bulk policy configuration and data modeling.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, including technical workshop facilitation and executive-level engagement.
• Experience using artificial intelligence, automation, reusable playbook concepts, and technical documentation to scale delivery.
