Director, Consult Growth & Enablement (AI)

Location: New York, NY, USA

Salary: $215,640–$409,800 annually for New York City, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus or sales commission plan.

What You Will Do

• Co-design and lead the global enablement strategy for the hirify.global Consultant Profession.
• Align learning paths, playbooks, and development programs with consulting growth priorities, signing targets, and go-to-market plans.
• Evaluate and scale knowledge platforms, AI coaching simulations, agentic assistants, and digital learning tools.
• Support strategic bids through pursuit coaching, proposal development, win-loss reviews, and consultative selling guidance.
• Translate strategy into milestone-driven programs with governance, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and success metrics.
• Build and mentor an enablement team while driving adoption across a global matrix of consulting professionals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business strategy consulting or a related field.
• Experience leading sales enablement, deal coaching, or go-to-market programs in consulting or professional services.
• Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, and adoption plans for enablement platforms, AI assistants, or digital learning tools.
• Business analytics experience linking enablement initiatives to pipeline velocity, win rates, and consultant productivity.
• Ability to influence senior executives and guide matrixed teams without direct line authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management, customer engagement, and team empowerment.
• Experience designing AI-driven coaching, simulation, or knowledge discovery tools for enterprise teams.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, or a related discipline.
• Certifications in strategy consulting, agile delivery, or enablement methodologies.
