Senior Web3 Product Manager (Europe Based)

Location: Europe-based, fully remote with CET working hours

Salary: USD 100,000–200,000 base salary, plus tokens or equity

What you will do

• Own product strategy for developer tooling within a core Web3 protocol.
• Shape SDK, API, documentation, and developer onboarding experiences.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into clear product requirements.
• Prototype product ideas before engineering implementation.
• Work with a small, highly technical team ahead of a major launch milestone.
• Contribute to product direction for an early-stage protocol.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with developer-facing products.
• Strong Web3 product experience, including wallets, L2s, rollups, or bridging.
• Experience owning strategy for an SDK, API, documentation, or developer onboarding.
• Technical ability to read code and submit small pull requests.
• Experience conducting user research and converting insights into requirements.
• Must be based in Europe and able to work on CET hours.
