Product Manager (Crypto Wallet)

Location: Worldwide; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work available.

Salary: EUR 2,250–3,600 gross per month.

What you will do

• Own the crypto wallet product from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
• Translate crypto strategy into a roadmap prioritized by business impact, regulatory obligations, and platform reliability.
• Define MVP and future features for supported assets and networks, deposits, withdrawals, conversions, balances, and transfers to trading accounts.
• Design onboarding, wallet creation, KYC, transaction, notification, and error-state user flows with UX/UI designers.
• Evaluate custody, wallet infrastructure, KYC/AML, and blockchain analytics vendors.
• Manage the Agile backlog with Business Analysts and Engineering, and track adoption, transaction success, costs, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years with crypto, digital asset, or Web3 products.
• Experience launching a crypto wallet, crypto trading, or crypto payments product to production.
• Understanding of custodial, MPC, and self-custody models, supported assets and chains, network fees, and stablecoins.
• Experience with third-party crypto infrastructure providers and vendor evaluation.
• Knowledge of AML/KYT, the Travel Rule, MiCA, and jurisdiction-specific crypto requirements.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or above.

Nice to have

• Background in Forex/CFD brokerage, trading platforms, neobanks, or exchanges.
• Experience with Fireblocks, BitGo, Copper, Chainalysis, or similar tools.
• Experience with fiat-crypto integrations, multi-currency wallets, on/off-ramps, and conversions.
• Experience in regulated environments involving CySEC, FCA, or MiCA.
• Knowledge of tokenized assets, crypto exchange products, product analytics tools, or Figma.
