Location: Must be based in Milan or Vercelli, Italy; hybrid work

What you will do
- Lead product discovery and end-to-end delivery for corporate welfare, employee management, and digital wellbeing features.
- Define, structure, and prioritize the product roadmap, including AI-powered tools and insights.
- Translate business requirements into iterative deliveries within Agile teams.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, data specialists, business analysts, commercial teams, and external partners.
- Use product analytics to evaluate feature performance, define success metrics, and identify high-impact opportunities.
- Coordinate local roadmap initiatives with the broader European platform strategy and support cross-market rollouts.
Requirements
- Proven Product Manager experience in a technology-driven organization, including product strategy and measurable organizational impact.
- Experience with data-driven products and AI-enabled features, including prompt engineering, context injection, and AI tool orchestration.
- Experience working across end-user interfaces, admin tools, and APIs, with a solid understanding of data structures and frontend-backend interaction.
- Experience leading discovery and delivery from problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, design, analytics, and commercial stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken Italian and English are required.
