Senior Product Manager (Web3)

Location: Remote - Global; fully remote with flexible working hours. Candidates must have the right to work in the country where they are based.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery and continuous optimization of consumer crypto trading products, from requirements and product specifications through launch and post-launch analysis.
• Build community- and creator-driven discovery experiences that help users identify opportunities and make informed trading decisions.
• Design and scale referral, invitation, rewards, and partner incentive programs, including attribution, reward logic, settlement, and abuse prevention.
• Explore tokenized real-world asset products and bring new asset classes to on-chain trading.
• Define success metrics, implement tracking, and run experiments to improve activation, retention, and trading volume.
• Monitor on-chain trends and consumer crypto developments to identify product opportunities and roadmap improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with consumer crypto trading products and at least 5 years of product management experience.
• Deep understanding of Web3 fundamentals, DEX and aggregator routing, slippage, gas, MEV, token market data, and memecoin or launchpad dynamics.
• Strong execution and communication skills, including writing clear PRDs and managing multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong knowledge of growth metrics, funnels, cohorts, viral coefficient, LTV/CAC, and experiment design.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin communication is required.
• Right to work in the country of residence is required.

• Experience building referral, affiliate, or rebate programs.
• Hands-on familiarity with social and copy-trading applications and on-chain discovery tools.
• Experience with creator or KOL ecosystems and community operations.
