What you will do
- Register service requests and maintain accurate FSE assignments in Excel.
- Assign field service activities in FSM and ensure interventions are properly scheduled, confirmed, and released.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external field service engineers.
- Manage activity extensions and updates according to manager approval.
- Follow up on field service engineer training and support resource scheduling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a plus.
- Ability to manage and measure work, solve problems, and take action.
- Conflict management and peer relationship skills.
- English and Spanish are a plus; additional foreign languages may be useful depending on regional allocation.
