Product Manager I - Data

hirify.global builds and operates an electric vehicle charging network across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland, supporting sustainable mobility through charging infrastructure and data-driven operations.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for governed reporting, self-serve analytics, and data models supporting pricing, subscriptions, energy, and partners.
• Lead data quality and consistency initiatives across commercial, operational, and charging systems, addressing root causes.
• Serve as the entry point for data requests, translating business needs into priorities and clear requirements.
• Define data ownership, tests, acceptance criteria, and reliable access for business and AI use cases.
• Measure adoption and trust in delivered data products and improve them based on results.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, Pricing, Energy, Finance, Operations, and Growth teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in product management or a data-adjacent role such as analytics, BI, data consulting, or analytics engineering.
• Experience shipping data products or internal platforms used by other teams.
• Understanding of data flows between operational systems and the causes of inconsistent records.
• Ability to turn ambiguous requests into precise definitions, plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication skills with technical and business audiences, including the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• SQL experience.
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, Metabase, or similar tools.
• Background in data governance or data quality.
• Experience building AI or LLM tooling on company data.
