Senior Product Manager (Enterprise Productivity & AI)

Location: United States; salary range applies to Georgia-based applicants

Salary: $111,000–$138,700 per year, with potential annual performance bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary intake point for productivity and tooling needs across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
• Translate ambiguous business requests into problem statements, requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Shape build-versus-buy-versus-configure decisions and portfolio investment, consolidation, and sunset strategies.
• Own Atlassian product direction for engineering, including Jira, Confluence, Marketplace apps, governance, and Rovo adoption.
• Lead enterprise AI assistant and agent evaluations, pilots, rollout, adoption, and guardrails with Security, Legal, and Privacy.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including technical specifications, user stories, dependencies, UAT, stakeholder alignment, and rollout.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, digital workplace, or a related function.
• Deep hands-on Jira and Confluence experience in an engineering environment, including workflows, permissions, JQL, automation, and Marketplace apps.
• Daily experience using AI assistants and productivity agents, with the ability to assess their strengths and limitations.
• Working knowledge of agile practices and a structured delivery methodology such as the 5D Framework.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and independent execution skills.

Nice to have

• Atlassian at scale, including cloud migration, plug-in rationalization, or portfolio planning.
• Experience supporting engineering or technical organizations as a business partner.
• Hands-on experience with Rovo Agents, Claude, coding agents, AWS Bedrock, or Google AI tooling.
• Light scripting or low-code prototyping with Python, JavaScript, or Jira automation.
• Familiarity with security, privacy, or compliance frameworks for workplace and AI tools.
