Sales Support Specialist (Healthcare)

Starting salary: $19.75 per hour

What you will do

• Process, review, and track customer and sales orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Respond to customer, patient, and sales inquiries about orders, inventory, shipments, and accounts.
• Create and maintain customer accounts, billing details, pricing information, and documentation in NetSuite and Validic.
• Document customer interactions and transactions while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
• Support lead processing, new account setup, operational reporting, exception tracking, and escalation of customer concerns.
• Coordinate with the third-party warehouse provider to resolve delayed, missing, or damaged shipments and support cardiac device inventory activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales support, account support, order management, or a related area.
• Experience processing orders, maintaining customer accounts, and supporting operational workflows.
• Experience with billing, pricing, account management, or customer records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems, NetSuite, Validic, or similar customer management platforms.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, patient support, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with inventory management, logistics, shipment coordination, or warehouse processes.
