Group Leader - Quality (Manufacturing)

Location: Warren, Michigan; onsite on a full-time basis, 2nd shift only

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of UAW-represented tradespeople within Quality Operations.
• Maintain end-of-line quality processes while supporting production schedules and a safe work environment.
• Apply hirify.global Manufacturing System principles across manufacturing processes.
• Analyze quality data, identify defect root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Partner with Operations, Quality Engineering, program teams, and launch managers to resolve quality issues.
• Develop standardized work and drive continuous improvement, waste reduction, and launch readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality with demonstrated leadership capability.
• Practical knowledge of hirify.global Manufacturing System principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team-development skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
• Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.
