AC AR Supervisor

What you will do

• Supervise the work quality and performance of accounts receivable specialists.
• Interview, onboard, train, coach, and assess team members.
• Lead AR huddles, daily chats, coaching sessions, training meetings, and scorecard reviews.
• Manage invoice corrections, credit tracking and returns, multi-bill allocations, and check-request resolution.
• Perform credit reviews, account reconciliations, and unclaimed-property filing coordination.
• Monitor department metrics, reporting, workloads, response times, and compliance with standards.

Requirements

• Five or more years of progressive commercial accounts receivable experience.
• Two to four years of leadership experience in an accounting environment.
• Two to four years of experience coaching, training, and assessing employees for policy and procedure compliance.
• Exceptional Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of general accounting, accurate and fast data entry, strong attention to detail, and effective teamwork.
• Ability to work with Operations and Sales staff to resolve complex account information.
