Electrification Engineer Intern

Location: Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United States; willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI for the duration of the summer 2027 internship.

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support engineers in designing and integrating high-voltage components according to regulations, product requirements, and engineering standards.
• Select high-voltage parts based on weight, cost, reliability, quality, and ease of manufacturing.
• Perform engineering calculations, investigations, and technical tasks while collaborating with internal disciplines and external suppliers.
• Review component integration requirements and guide designers.
• Use CATIA and/or Creo for 3D part design, integration reviews, and technical drawings.
• Provide technical support for prototype, pilot, and production builds and testing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, Wisconsin, for the summer 2027 internship.
• Ability to work with high-voltage components, engineering calculations, 3D modeling, and product testing.
