Resident Services Coordinator (Senior Living)

Location: Basking Ridge, New Jersey, USA; onsite

Salary: USD 75,000–80,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead, hire, train, and onboard resident care team members.
• Oversee daily non-clinical resident care and ensure service plans are followed.
• Partner with the Health & Wellness Director to create and update resident service plans and respond to changes in condition and service needs.
• Manage schedules, staffing levels, resources, and salary expenses to meet service and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain safety protocols, policies, procedures, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Communicate proactively with residents and families, address questions and concerns, and incorporate residents’ histories, preferences, and hobbies into daily interactions.

Requirements

• Prior experience caring for people with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification as required by the state.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Windows, Outlook, and Excel, and the ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and perform other physical duties.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and support residents using proper body mechanics.
