Senior Title Closer (Real Estate)

Location: Minneapolis, MN; flexibility to attend closings at various locations in the metro and outside the office.

Salary: $23.00–$35.00 per hour, plus a monthly commission based on closing volume.

What you will do

• Collaborate with lenders and realtors to assemble, review, organize, and prepare closing documentation.
• Manage title, disbursement, and closing activities in line with federal, state, underwriting, and company policies.
• Review title commitments and resolve questions or concerns before closing.
• Build client and customer relationships through frequent communication and professional service.
• Track file progress, maintain accurate documentation, and facilitate corrections throughout the closing process.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with refinance, purchase, and other real estate closings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Working knowledge of title industry concepts, terms, practices, and closing procedures.
• Proficiency in preparing closing documents and using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and SoftPro.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure, meet deadlines, and attend closings at different metro locations.
