Operations Analyst (AI & Data Training)

Location: Remote in the MENA region, with working hours aligned to EST (Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM ET). Occasional Saturday work is required, with a compensatory day off provided.

What you will do

• Support the preparation and launch of live online training programs, including application management, instructional staff hiring, and client communication.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Curriculum teams, instructors, teaching assistants, and other stakeholders.
• Manage learner support, troubleshoot technical and program issues, and maintain a friendly and professional learning environment.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative program data across distribution channels, geographies, and client segments to identify actionable insights.
• Facilitate live online lecture sessions by managing chat, coordinating instructors and teaching assistants, and overseeing recordings, transitions, breaks, and session logistics.
• Support admissions activities, applicant pipeline monitoring, reporting, marketing initiatives, Q&A sessions, product testing, and growth projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience, ideally in operations or analytics.
• A minimum four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work remotely from the MENA region and align with EST working hours.
• Availability for occasional Saturday work, offset by compensatory time off.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including communication with large and diverse audiences.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects, supporting clients or individuals, solving problems, and working with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with Slack and Zoom.
