Junior Business Analyst (AI)

Work with a fast-growing consumer AI company serving more than 50 million users.

What you will do

• Analyse business performance, pricing, churn, product opportunities, and market opportunities.
• Build financial models, forecasts, business cases, and KPI reports.
• Analyse P&Ls, unit economics, ROI, payback logic, and subscription metrics including MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, retention, and cohorts.
• Structure ambiguous business problems and convert data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and communicate findings to founders, senior leadership, and operational stakeholders.
• Support high-impact commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Big Four or middle-tier consulting, specifically in Strategy or Operations.
• Experience at Analyst, Associate, or Consultant level.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or another relevant quantitative field.
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and sensitivity tables.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment and with uncensored or NSFW AI products.
