What you will do

• Lead operational strategies, process improvements, and workflow enhancements for the Commercial Insurance Transportation team.
• Develop, coach, and engage team members while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and business metrics to improve operational performance and decision-making.
• Manage operational resources, workforce planning, budgets, and expenses.
• Support client retention, business growth, service quality, and resolution of complex client issues.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders and drive process optimization, automation, and technology adoption.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in commercial insurance, financial services, professional services, or a related industry.
• Commercial Insurance Transportation experience required.
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and talent development.
• Experience with operational resources, workforce planning, budget management, business development, client retention, and growth initiatives.
• Strong business judgment, analytical, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills; willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
