Trade Operations Program and Data Manager (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Own the enterprise trade data strategy across Import, Export, and Foreign Trade Zone operations.
• Establish KPIs, scorecards, executive dashboards, reporting cadences, and data-quality governance.
• Lead trade automation initiatives, including validations, exception logic, system controls, and requirements for IT and external providers.
• Coordinate UAT and post-deployment validation for trade-related system changes.
• Oversee analytics for trade transactions, exceptions, reconciliations, compliance monitoring, and FTZ activity.
• Manage and develop the Trade Analytics team while partnering with Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, IT, Legal, Finance, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7–12+ years of experience in global trade operations, analytics, automation, or program management.
• Experience with dashboards, KPIs, large data sets, trade systems, UAT, and automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Import, Export, and/or Foreign Trade Zone operations.
• ERP experience; SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools, plus prior people management experience and exposure to CTPAT governance.
