Client Solutions Project Manager (Events)

Location: Barcelona, Carrer Tuset, Spain; hybrid work with up to three home-office days per week

What you will do

• Lead multiple proposal processes from client brief or RFP through submission and presentation.
• Design event, incentive and destination concepts using Spain’s venues, destinations and supplier network.
• Develop budgets, costings, pricing structures and commercial recommendations.
• Source and negotiate with venues, hotels, experiences and specialist suppliers.
• Create persuasive client-facing proposals and presentations, translating complex information into clear solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, destination specialists and international colleagues while maintaining proposal timelines, CRM updates and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a DMC, event agency, incentive house or international MICE environment, including proposal development.
• Experience preparing event proposals, budgets and client-facing presentations, with strong financial and commercial skills.
• Strong knowledge of Spain as an events, meetings and incentive destination, plus experience sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
• Excellent organisation, proposal writing, presentation, storytelling and client-consulting skills.
• Professional working Spanish and English required.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills, plus experience with CRM and digital project or proposal tools.

Nice to have

• Cvent experience.
• International MICE experience and experience with corporate, association or incentive clients.
• Knowledge of sustainable event design and supplier practices.
