Fibre Product Architect

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle, roadmap, strategy, and overall success of assigned fibre products.
• Define operational support services, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Research market requirements, competitive landscapes, customer feedback, support data, and usage analytics.
• Partner with operations, architecture, engineering, development, strategy, innovation, marketing, and go-to-market teams from concept through launch.
• Define product metrics, data-quality measurements, monetization models, feature tiers, and performance priorities.
• Enable go-to-market teams with product knowledge, messaging, competitive positioning, and support content.

Requirements

• Business or Engineering degree preferred, with a solid telecommunications background.
• Expert-level knowledge of fibre technology is required.
• At least three years of experience as a Product Manager or Sales Engineer for telecommunications, SaaS, or services products.
• Data-driven approach and strong Excel skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, work under pressure, and lead through influence.

Nice to have

• French or German language skills.
