Consultant, Project Manager (AI)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid position with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional software and IT projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and global teams through influence, communication, and collaboration.
• Identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and apply agile methodologies.
• Design and evolve PMO methodologies, processes, governance, and portfolio reviews.
• Monitor project and portfolio performance using KPIs and actionable metrics, while communicating with executives.
• Apply AI, data analysis, and tools such as Power BI to improve forecasting, resource allocation, risk analysis, and PMO automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing software projects, preferably with multidisciplinary and global teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira.
• Experience with or interest in applying AI to project management.
• Strong data analysis skills and a data-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with at least 3 days in the São Paulo office.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PDCA, RACI, PMI, Lean, and Agile methodologies.
• Creative, proactive problem-solving and a hands-on approach.
