Domain Owner Engineering Change & Configuration Management (PLM)

What you will do

• Own the Engineering Change & Configuration Management domain and define its strategy, investment roadmap, and multi-year execution plan.
• Partner with Development & Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to improve engineering effectiveness and operational excellence.
• Manage the integrated run and change portfolio, including planning, dependencies, risks, budgets, and value realization.
• Lead modernization, standardization, simplification, and decustomization of mission-critical engineering platforms and services.
• Manage strategic technology suppliers, implementation partners, sourcing decisions, and long-term technology investments.
• Lead and develop a global organization of approximately 20 hirify.global employees and 175 external professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Engineering IT, Product Lifecycle Management, Digital Engineering, or enterprise-scale technology environments.
• Experience leading complex organizations, large engineering teams, and global delivery organizations.
• Experience owning strategic portfolios, budgets, technology roadmaps, and large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management, engineering processes, engineering change and configuration management, product structures, and digital product definition.
• Experience with large-scale engineering platforms such as Teamcenter and with strategic suppliers or outsourced delivery organizations.
