What you will do

• Lead third-party manufacturing innovation initiatives across the Consumer Beauty portfolio.
• Drive the innovation roadmap with Marketing, Open Innovation, R&D, Brand, Procurement, Supply Chain, Packaging, and Quality teams.
• Oversee projects from concept evaluation through commercialization and market launch.
• Manage project governance, risk mitigation, quality, regulatory, budget, and performance requirements.
• Build strategic relationships with third-party manufacturers and technology partners.
• Mentor TPM team members and promote continuous improvement and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Engineering, or another relevant scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, or Personal Care Innovation.
• Strong experience managing third-party manufacturers and external technical partnerships.
• Demonstrated success leading complex product development programs from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of formulation development, manufacturing processes, and innovation lifecycle management.
• International travel as required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.
