Crypto Wallet Operations Specialist

Location: Remote from the Cayman Islands; relocation assistance is available if needed. Candidates with certain backgrounds may also be considered from London or Amsterdam. The role requires US hours and overlap with North America hours.

What you will do

• Facilitate cryptocurrency transactions between exchanges.
• Manage cryptoasset treasury and inventory activities.
• Monitor pending settlements and coordinate with counterparties and exchanges to reduce settlement risk.
• Work with back-office teams on comprehensive reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with a fast-paced trading team and respond accurately to internal and external requests.
• Use Excel, VBA, Python, or other programming tools to automate operational processes and analyze large datasets.

Requirements

• Previous experience transacting cryptocurrency.
• Strong understanding of multiple blockchains and experience reading block explorers.
• Familiarity with centralized exchanges and knowledge of traditional finance or crypto trading.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Ability to work a variable schedule with overlap during US and North America hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with DeFi protocols.
• Python or scripting experience, including Excel or VBA.
