SIOP Data Mining Analyst

What you will do

• Extract, consolidate, validate, and analyze weekly and monthly data from ERP, MRP, and planning systems.
• Maintain KPI reports and dashboards covering forecast accuracy, delivery performance, fill rate, inventory, safety stock, supplier reliability, and statistical forecasting.
• Prepare reporting for SIOP, master scheduling, and supply chain management reviews.
• Develop automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and related analytical tools.
• Identify trends, exceptions, root causes, and opportunities to improve supply chain performance and reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Production, Procurement, Customer Service, and leadership stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Master Scheduling, SIOP, Demand Planning, Data Analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain reporting environments, including SAP, SAGE, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, data visualization, and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Visio.
• Experience with reporting automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
