Supply Chain Performance Analytics Lead

What you will do

• Own the definition, enablement, maintenance, accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of Service Supply Chain operational KPIs.
• Bridge business requirements and technical implementation across functional subject matter experts and data teams.
• Lead the identification, prioritization, root-cause analysis, and resolution of KPI and data-quality issues.
• Monitor, validate, and test metrics, reporting outputs, change requests, enhancements, and new implementations.
• Improve metric logic, reporting processes, automation, data-quality controls, and governance practices.
• Communicate performance risks and recommendations, document business rules, and mentor junior-level staff.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, services, support, or regional operations.
• Experience with operational performance metrics, KPI governance, business rules, data quality management, and reporting specifications.
• Proficiency with Power BI and working knowledge of data management, database structures, data validation, and reporting data flows.
• Experience or knowledge of Power Automate, Power Query, Excel, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, process improvement, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, analytics, or data governance certification.
