Location: 100% onsite in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico; 24/7 schedule availability and 15% travel availability required.

What you will do
- Provide daily technical and administrative support for logistics staff and activities.
- Track and report transportation activities, costs, and expenditures across all modes.
- Verify shipping documents and checklists for accuracy and completeness.
- Notify departments about shipping and receiving schedules and logistics issues.
- Maintain shipment and invoice records in the established system.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in a Supply Chain-related field.
- Conversational intermediate English required.
- Knowledge of logistics, customs, import/export processes, and applicable regulations.
- Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to verify detailed information accurately.
- Ability to analyze operational problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
- Availability for a 24/7 schedule and 15% travel required.
Nice to have
- One to two years of experience in similar positions.
- Power BI experience.
- Advanced English.
- Visa.
