Infrastructure Operations Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead teams across infrastructure, database, and network disciplines.
• Coordinate operational and project workloads, promoting lean delivery and continuous improvement.
• Oversee vulnerability and patch management, capacity planning, cost optimization, and cloud performance tuning.
• Strengthen collaboration and handover processes with Platform Engineering.
• Lead infrastructure incident response and root cause analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and regularly test disaster recovery plans aligned with service RTO and RPO objectives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Computer Science or a similar third-level qualification.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a PCI-compliant environment.
• Proactive approach to identifying and implementing operational improvements.
