Senior Manager, AI Engineering

What you will do

• Lead the development, stability, and continuous improvement of the central AI platform, multi-agent framework, and agent services.
• Drive engineering standards across code quality, CI/CD, automated testing, deployment governance, monitoring, and observability.
• Establish incident management practices that maintain production-grade reliability and service availability.
• Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional engineering team.
• Oversee resource planning and delivery across multiple concurrent AI programmes.
• Embed security, compliance, and responsible AI principles into engineering outputs while contributing to technology roadmaps and tool evaluations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading and developing engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating AI/ML systems in production.
• Experience with agentic AI, multi-agent systems, or modern LLM-based frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, DevOps/MLOps practices, and platform engineering.
• Experience managing complex technology programmes and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, or AI.
