Salary: $22.00–$24.00 hourly

What you will do

• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend deposit and other banking products.
• Build consumer and business relationships through follow-up, outbound calling, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank.
• Process transactions accurately, balance daily, and follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or relevant military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Ability to demonstrate customer service, sales, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking services.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling experience.
