Virtual Teller

Location: 14985 Glazier Ave, Apple Valley, Minnesota, United States; onsite at the corporate campus. Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., plus every other Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Salary: $20.00 per hour plus a 3% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver real-time, face-to-face service through interactive teller and Personal Teller Machine technology.
• Process transaction requests, provide rate information, and answer account inquiries across multiple service channels.
• Identify members’ financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Process transactions accurately and recognize potential fraud and scams.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with members and coworkers in a high-volume environment.
• Complete ongoing self-study and required banking regulatory training while following Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• At least 6 months of training, education, or sales experience preferred; equivalent combinations may be accepted.
• Previous cash-handling and credit union or banking experience is helpful.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication, organization, accuracy, interpersonal, and member-service skills.
• Bondable status required.
