Customer Experience Banker

Salary: $22.00–$24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide excellent service to walk-in customers and resolve customer issues.
• Identify financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit and banking products.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through follow-ups, outbound calls, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers about consumer deposit products, mobile services, and online banking.
• Process customer transactions accurately, balance daily, and follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or relevant military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Customer service, sales, banking, financial services, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Comfort using technology, including mobile and online banking services.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling experience.
