What you will do

• Teach undergraduate and graduate Economics courses in multiple instructional modalities.
• Help develop and implement an AI-integrated business curriculum, including Applied Machine Learning for Business, AI Strategy, and Generative AI prototyping.
• Integrate predictive modeling, machine learning, Generative AI, and other emerging technologies into teaching and experiential learning.
• Conduct high-quality research in the relevant field or fields.
• Contribute to department, college, university, and broader academic and professional service.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Economics or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited or equivalent institution; advanced ABD candidates may be considered, with the degree required at appointment.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Economics or closely related business subjects.
• Demonstrated scholarly research and publication record consistent with faculty qualifications.
• Submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, scholarly activity statement, economics job market research paper, teaching philosophy statement, teaching-evaluation evidence, three professional references, and unofficial graduate transcripts.
• Employment is subject to credential verification and a criminal history investigation.

Nice to have

• Ability to teach Data Analytics, Econometrics, Machine Learning, or AI applications in business and economics.
• Experience integrating emerging technologies or data-driven approaches into teaching.
• High-quality research related to AI or machine learning in Economics.
