Corporate Audit Manager (Biotechnology)

Location: United States — Remote; minimal travel of less than 10% expected.

Annual salary: USD 96,969.70–131,194.30.

What you will do

• Lead and support financial and operational process audits in the U.S.
• Conduct audits covering anti-bribery and anti-corruption, healthcare compliance, privacy, and third-party risks.
• Execute the annual audit plan approved by the Audit Committee.
• Assess process documentation, controls, governance, and internal audit systems.
• Provide independent assurance and consulting services to improve company operations.
• Interact with senior and mid-level management and contribute to special improvement projects.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree, or a master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, with equivalent pathways for associate degree or high school diploma holders.
• Relevant experience in auditing, accounting, finance, compliance, or data analytics.
• Knowledge of internal controls, risk frameworks, GAAP, and COSO.
• Experience auditing controls and performing operational or non-SOX audits.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, judgment, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with senior management.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of related professional experience and external or internal audit experience.
• CPA, Chartered Accountant, CIA, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with data analytics, data sensing, or automation tools such as Tableau, UiPath, or Alteryx.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Visio.
