Senior Accounting Manager - Americas

Location: Niwot, Colorado, United States — hybrid

Salary: $105,000–$140,000 annual base salary, depending on experience; performance bonus eligible

hirify.global develops and manufactures micro-contamination monitoring equipment, including light-scattering particle counters, for semiconductor and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

What you will do

• Lead the Americas month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and regional accounting calendar.
• Oversee balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, reserves, and general ledger activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Americas accounting team.
• Own regional internal controls, audit support, documentation, testing, remediation, and compliance activities.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, inventory, intercompany transactions, cost accounting, and working capital accounts.
• Partner with FP&A, Operations, Treasury, Tax, HR, and business leaders on reporting, cash flow forecasting, compliance, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close management.
• 3+ years of experience leading accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, reserves, and general ledger accounting.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits and maintaining effective internal controls.
• Knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment, with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, or another relevant professional certification.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor, life sciences, instrumentation, or industrial technology.
• Experience with SOX compliance, integrated audits, working capital optimization, cash flow forecasting, inventory accounting, or standard costing.
