Senior Consultant - Healthcare Consulting

What you will do

• Lead or participate in the design, development, and delivery of healthcare consulting projects.
• Analyze client requirements and develop cost-effective, client-specific solutions and proposals.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and day-to-day communication when acting as Project Manager.
• Provide direction to Analysts, Consultants, and relevant Statistical Services colleagues.
• Develop documentation, specifications, reports, and presentations, and deliver findings to clients.
• Identify follow-on business opportunities, support sales activities, and follow up with clients after delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in consulting and/or the healthcare industry.
• Solid project management, client influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience developing consultative relationships with senior healthcare industry managers and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, healthcare industry developments, and relevant subject matter expertise.
