What you will do

• Lead and contribute to healthcare regulatory, risk, compliance, and safety strategy and transformation engagements.
• Advise pharmaceutical and medtech clients on evolving regulatory requirements, organizational effectiveness, resilience, and business performance.
• Develop analyses, recommendations, and transformation roadmaps with consulting teams and subject matter experts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide expert guidance throughout engagements.
• Contribute to thought leadership, benchmarking, publications, executive roundtables, capability building, and business development.
• Collaborate with a global network of Expert Consulting and BCG Vantage professionals.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in management consulting, pharmaceuticals, medtech, healthcare organizations, or regulatory authorities.
• Healthcare expertise in regulatory and safety matters, with deep knowledge of one or more areas including GxP, quality, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, clinical quality, or risk management.
• Demonstrated success leading or advising on complex regulatory, quality, safety, risk, or compliance initiatives.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university; an advanced degree such as PharmD, MD, PhD, or MBA is preferred.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in thought leadership, publications, benchmarking, and capability building.
