What you will do

• Manage multiple healthcare consulting projects, teams, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and client solutions.
• Lead the analysis of client requirements and challenges and develop profitable proposals.
• Manage proposal preparation, modifications, and overall bid integrity.
• Act as a key client contact and deliver project findings, reports, and presentations.
• Identify follow-on work and new business opportunities while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Mentor colleagues and strengthen consulting and healthcare subject-matter capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of related experience, including consulting and healthcare industry experience.
• Strong project management, presentation, communication, client influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth understanding of hirify.global data assets and core offerings.
• Experience developing consultative relationships with senior healthcare managers and executives.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, healthcare industry developments, and the ability to manage multiple projects across more than one Center of Excellence.
