Senior Product Manager (Pricing)

Location: Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 60% of the week in office locations or local sites and the remainder remotely.

What you will do

• Shape and evolve the product strategy and vision for pricing domain applications.
• Define problem spaces, opportunities, and priorities in alignment with Commercial Product and Retail Platform strategies.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and plans with Product Managers and the Lead Product Manager.
• Guide prioritisation, trade-offs, sequencing, and outcome-focused delivery.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Data Science, and Technology to align priorities across the Group.
• Bring clarity across multiple products, teams, and markets while coaching Product Managers and peers.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading ambiguous, complex, and multi-layered product areas.
• Experience partnering across technology, business, and operational teams to drive shared outcomes.
• Strong strategic product thinking, including long-term direction setting and informed trade-offs.
• Ability to deliver measurable business impact rather than focusing only on feature delivery.
• Experience supporting the growth of colleagues through coaching, feedback, and mentoring.
• Current experience at Senior Product Manager level or readiness to take on a broader strategic remit.
