Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing)

Location: Houston, TX, United States of America. Onsite role. U.S. Person status is required for authorized access to data controlled under ITAR.

What you will do

• Process harvest and incremental quotations for assigned corporate accounts and follow up to close them.
• Review customer contracts and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Enter customer orders accurately and on time in SAP.
• Maintain SAP customer, pricing, material, and hierarchy master data.
• Coordinate with internal functions to support on-time order fulfillment.
• Process customer returns and resolve credit and invoice issues with Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• At least 4 years of B2B sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with ERP software; CRM knowledge is preferred.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable law, including U.S. citizenship, U.S. nationality, lawful permanent residence, refugee status, or asylum status.
