What you will do

• Take overall technical responsibility for an international motorsport engine development project.
• Lead and coordinate the Design, Application, and Assembly teams.
• Define technical requirements, development targets, and validation activities.
• Coordinate technical decisions, design reviews, and problem-solving activities.
• Manage technical risks, changes, and project interfaces.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and international development partners while ensuring performance, reliability, quality, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• University degree in Combustion Engines, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field.
• At least 10 years of experience in automotive engine or powertrain development.
• Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines and engine development processes.
• Experience with technical leadership and interdisciplinary team coordination.
• Very good Czech, English, and German language skills.
• Structured, analytical, solution-oriented working style with strong communication and decision-making skills; willingness to travel internationally.

• Experience with motorsport or high-performance engines.
