Warehouse Worker (Manufacturing)

Location: New York Mills, Minnesota, United States; onsite warehouse and manufacturing work

Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Determine kitting sequences from production orders and process pick data according to established procedures.
• Gather parts into kits and deliver completed kits to manufacturing areas using a forklift.
• Track and expedite shortage items and escalate material problems to supervisors.
• Stock supplies on shelves and maintain organized work areas.
• Complete daily assignments safely, accurately, and on time in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to operate a forklift, wheel cart, manual pallet jack, and rolling step ladder.
• Basic computer skills and a detailed, organized approach to work.
• Ability to lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds and remain on foot for most of the workday.
• Ability to work safely around noise, dust, fumes, outdoor conditions, stairs, and awkward positions while using required PPE.
• Willingness to learn departmental functions and follow safety and quality requirements.

Nice to have

• At least three months of experience in a manufacturing setting.
