TL;DR
Senior Manager, Strategic Product Adoption (Higher Education/EdTech): Driving strategic growth in the adoption and usage of Common App’s multiproduct programs and services among member colleges, universities, and enrollment consulting companies with an accent on stakeholder engagement, product education, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on presenting product programs to diverse audiences, building member relationships, leading teams through change, and improving adoption through analytical and customer-focused strategies.

Location: Remote, but candidates must live in the United States. Willingness to travel to attend twice-annual hirify.global retreats and up to 30% of the time is required.

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

  • Drive strategic growth in the use of multiproduct programs, including FYA, Transfer, Direct Admissions, and Data Analytics and Benchmarking tools.
  • Promote understanding and adoption of hirify.global products and services among member institutions and enrollment consulting companies.
  • Serve as a spokesperson and subject matter expert during stakeholder webinars, presentations, and conferences.
  • Partner with Member Services, product strategy, and marketing to align offerings with member needs and priorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while supporting organizational objectives.
  • Lead teams through change and foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Must live in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in enrollment or admissions, communications, account management, or customer service.
  • 2–4 years of people management experience.
  • Knowledge of the higher education admissions cycle, member institution needs, account management, and customer service practices.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organization, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Acuity Scheduling, and Google Suite.
