Project Manager (Asset Management)

Location: Hybrid role based in the London office, with attendance required three days per week

What you will do

• Define tasks, milestones, and implementation plans for platform improvements supporting the onboarding of additional assets.
• Coordinate change initiatives that improve scalability and reduce operational risk.
• Direct Business Analysts in documenting requirements for Investments and Operations stakeholders.
• Engage Operational Risk, Data, Architecture, Engineering, and third-party vendor stakeholders.
• Oversee testing and documentation before production rollout.
• Track delivery, escalate risks and issues, and prioritise the impact of new requests on existing work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least three years of experience in an asset-management-based project management role.
• Experience delivering change or transformation projects using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Jira, and Confluence.
• Competence in project planning software and strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to self-manage and influence senior stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent delivery of high-quality work.
